FAQ
We are locatable on all navigation devices/platforms. Just search for “Canyon Park, Bagni di Lucca”.
Of course! We just ask that you use your common sense in terms of visitors and other animals (including Homer the Bulldog), and to clean up after your dog. In the Yoga Forest, dogs must be kept on a lead.
No. Canyon Park is a public place with free access. You only pay to participate in the activities. Free parking is not available if you haven’t booked an activity with us.
Yes. Activities are organised on a group basis with an accompanying guide or instructor. The times of the activities are available to view in each section with real time availability. We can’t guarantee activities if you have not booked.
In the Outdoor area there is a toilet with a purification mechanism powered by solar energy. In the Yoga Forest there is a compost toilet (without flush) in line with the respect for the natural environment here. The toilets are basic but ecological.
No. The area has strict environmental restrictions and there are no catering facilities. Canyon Park does not have electricity. You can use the relaxation area with tables, the beach or the lawn to eat your own packed lunch/snacks.
Yes – as long as 10-18 year olds are accompanied by an adult. The route has some challenges and requires physical mobility and complete confidence in being suspended above the ground. The route is not suitable for those who suffer from vertigo or acute fear of heights. For the Canyon Zip Line, the maximum weight is 130kg. SUP activities require that participants know how to swim (life vests are available upon request).
At Canyon Park we have a minimum height according to the activities, and a minimum age (10 years). We recommend that a responsible adult accompanies minors along the route. Beyond this, access to the route depends on the willingness of the participants. A Canyon Park Guide will be present at all times.
Yoga Forest activities are open to children from 10 years and above.
For SUP Yoga activities, any children taking part must know how to swim.
Yes – they must be accompanied by an adult who signs a document assuming responsibility for them. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult who has attended a briefing and will undertake to make sure that they follow the safety rules.
The duration of each activity is indicated in the relevant section. As a general rule Canyon Zip Line takes 2 hours and the other activities last 1 hour.
Participants in the Canyon Zip Line experience will be walking across caves and high-level platforms, whilst those on the Canyon Adventure are on foot inside the canyon. All persons partaking in activities do so at their own risk and must be responsible for themselves. For this reason, it is very important to follow the rules and regulations at Canyon Park, and strictly follow the instructions of Canyon Park Guides (who will be present at all times).
For SUP and SUP Yoga activities, participants must know how to swim.
Simple sports clothing is fine, including shorts and T-shirt in the summer. Open-toed shoes (such as flip flops or sandals) are not allowed. Trainers (or better, trekking shoes) are recommended.
For SUP, a swimming costume (or light shorts/T-shirt) is fine.
For Yoga in the forest, we provide all the necessary equipment for the practice session (yoga mat, straps, blocks etc.) for a maximum of 20 people.
In case of light rain, the park will still be open. If the weather is stormy (with lightning) or there are strong winds, Canyon Park will close. If in doubt, call us to check if the Adventure Park is open. If the forecast is for bad weather, those who have booked online will receive an automatic message that the park will be closed.
